SCHD Adult Vaccine Program

The following vaccines are available for $23.00 per injection:

• Td/Tdap
• Hepatitis A
• Hepatitis B
• MMR
• HPV
• Pneumococcal
• Shingles (Shingrix)

Program Criteria

• Adults 19 years of age or older*
• Meet vaccine-specific criteria
• Uninsured (without health insurance coverage) OR Underinsured (health insurance does not cover immunizations)

*Minimum age of 50 required for shingles vaccination

Walk-in Immunization clinic hours

• Tuesday - 9:45am - 11:30am and 1:00 - 3:45pm
• Wednesday - 9:45am - 11:30am and 1:00 - 3:45pm
• Thursday - 9:45am - 11:30am and 1:00 - 3:45pm
